Implementation, pricing, and your program

How long does implementation take?
iPSM implementation takes two weeks or less once your records are available. If another provider controls the export, getting those records may take longer; the implementation clock starts when the records are available to move.

How do we move our existing program into iPSM?
We start by inventorying where the program lives today—a manager's binder, a shared drive, another software system or a mix of all three. We bring the records into iPSM, preserve their original names, dates and sources, and account for anything missing, duplicated, outdated or intentionally left behind before the switch is complete.

How do we avoid a compliance gap while switching?
Most written PSM programs identify where the controlled program and records are kept. Moving that location changes the written program, so we treat the switch as its own Management of Change. The onboarding MOC identifies every affected reference, document, responsibility and training need, and it stays open until the program has been accounted for in iPSM.

Does iPSM cover all 14 OSHA PSM elements?
Yes. Each of the 14 OSHA PSM elements has its own working home in iPSM, with the records and work connected across the program. iPSM helps the facility run the program; it does not certify compliance or replace the facility's judgment.

How long before our team is comfortable using it?
Your core team learns iPSM during implementation using its own program and records, not a sample account. By the end of onboarding, the safety manager and other daily users should be able to handle their normal work in iPSM. We stay available during the transition, and built-in guides in the major workflows can be reopened whenever someone needs a refresher.

How does iPSM work with our PSM consultant?
Your facility runs the daily program in iPSM. Your consultant can work from the same facility records when helping with complex issues and inspections, or use Consultant Console to manage work across clients.

What does it cost?
Facility subscriptions are $10,800 per year for each named facility. Consultant Console is $299 per seat each month when billed monthly or $249 per seat each month when billed annually ($2,988 per year); both choices are 12-month terms. See Pricing or book a walkthrough.

What is included in a facility subscription?
A facility subscription includes onboarding guides, ingest of your existing program documents, the full workspace across all 14 PSM elements, Health Check, MOC, SOP, training, Mechanical Integrity, PHA and Evidence Binder workflows, and platform updates.

Is our data secure?
iPSM uses role-based access, database-level separation between facilities, server-validated authentication and encryption in transit and at rest.

What happens to our records if we stop using iPSM?
Your program and records are yours. If you leave iPSM, we plan the handoff with you before access ends and help move the program wherever it is going, just as we helped bring it in. At minimum, your documents can be downloaded or printed as PDFs and we can provide a complete machine-readable export. If the next system supports an API, we will work with you to transfer the program directly instead of making your team rebuild it by hand.

Does anything need to be installed?
iPSM runs in a modern web browser. Nothing is installed on your computers.
